Unable to transfer video

I bought this Gigabeat, I love it, but I am frustrated that I can't transfer video to the unit. It says it will play videos but I am not seeing how to make this happen. I am ready to call it quits. If anyone knows how to transfer video I would appreciate any information that you would like to share.

Try this http://www.zatznotfunny.com/ttg.htm. I've only had my Gigabeat a shortime and haven't tried it yet but from the article it should be rather easy.
