Firmware 1.5 and 1.6

Hello. I just got a new t9 today and am new to this forum. I just had a couple of questions. First, does it matter when upgrading the US version of the t9 to firmware 1.5/1.6, which doesn't have Bluetooth but the firmware 1.5/1.6 is for the Bluetooth version? Also, are they any benefits to upgrade to 1.5/1.6 from 1.27? Your responses are much appreciated. Thank you.

1. It's fine, the firmware works for both Bluetooth and non-Bluetooth T9s without a hitch as far as I'm concerned.

If you are into AudioBooks from Netlibrary, there is a problem with the audio skipping when playing Netlibray AudioBooks on versions prior to 1.5. Version 1.5 fixed the audio skipping problem according to Netlibrary.
