Yeah, the place is so clean and inviting you'd almost think the food's healthy. But it's not.

Do you make your potatoes with milk or cream? Just wondering...

Cold chicken satay, cold prosciuto, some old double gloucester cheese, 1 ryvita and a glass of ozzie shiraz.

Gotta love the Atkins diet

Hold on, isn't the Atkins diet the one with all the unhappy customers?

Not me, lost 3 lbs this week and never been hungry once. Great diet for blokes, but girls struggle with it.

I've given up on diets lol. I just make sure I eat healthy, but when I do eat unhealthy things, like potato chips or ice cream, I make sure I don't binge on it and have a good serving size. Exercise generally makes me feel better, so it has mental and physical benefits for me.

I do weight lifting at school and some cardio at home. In the past two years, I've lost 20 lbs. Mostly I think it's because I changed my eating habits (reduced serving size of my main meals) and started regular exercise.

Good approach.

Eat home made foods and not processed foods. Save your processed food points for when there is no other way, such as ice cream, unless you can make your own. If you want fries, learn to make em in the oven using little oil. Mrs Aardvark make these low cal fries that she can eat on her food optimising diet, sadly I am not doing carbs at all at the moment

Last night we had pork tender lion stuffed with garlic & rosemary (slit into the middle and stuffed) soaked in mojo for 5 to 6 hours cooked on the grill. Along with grilled red & yellow bell peppers, asparagus and home made curry rice.

I already ate a dinner of grilled shrimp with honey mustard, sweet potato (more of a snack), and some bread.
