need help forScandisk c140

hi,

1>i am not able view any screen in in c140 model.
2> When i am trying to connect c140 to system using USB, i am getting error as disk doesnt exist or do you want to format it now.
3> c140 is compatible with aaa battery of 1.2v or only compatible with 1.5v aaa battery.

2. It will not harm to format it. mabye formatting will help the screen issue. ive formatted mine a couple of times so give it a shot it wont hurt.

i have the same problem... but i can't format the device..
when i swich on the player it works but has no text in menus...
it happened after an attempt to enable radio

I too have same problem,the device got just HANGED, not even the device is detected in PC,and I cannot do any operations.....Got sick with this Scandisk Product..
