I've been wanting to get a meizu m6 for a while but I've put it off since the SE is just around the corner. Now that the SL is announced, the SE should be coming soon. The things that I would like for the SE would be:
better resolution better battery life 16 gigs of memory no issue with sound play back TV out and it really doesn't have to be that thin. anything else you meizu fans want? |

There's a thread at MeizuMe telling that J. Wong (Meizu CEO) changed the M6SE to M7, and that it'll be released on March, 2008 with a new design. Whether it's true or not, just time will tell. The "picture" seems to be a really poor Photoshop job.

I'm not sure that "picture" is real or a fake. The source is Meizu BBS, and I've seen people there playing pranks like releasing fake feature lists for firmware upgrades that don't exist...
Even if it's true, I don't like it. I still prefer the good old M6 design. Oh well...

that design doesnt make any sense...the "wheel" is way to tiny to be the main control...it would need to be zune size approximately...and i doubt its a touch screen

I was reading about the M6 SE... and I love the features that it will bring (if it comes!). I don't like the new design too much, so I really hope they get the M6 SE out
![]() I don't even mind this player being thick! I think the only feature that I really want is the SD card reader, then this will be an ultimate player! I looked at the sizes, it's even smaller then the Creative Zen. And the M6 SL/SE is going to be even thinner then the Zen!!! Now I was looking at some posts, and people are saying that they have bad firmware/hardware? Whats the deal with that?

Yes, Meizu miniPlayer M7 is going to be the successor of M6, but Meizu moves very slowly, so I guess we will be lucky if they release the player in the first quarter of 2008.
