Nice detail on the Firefox icon, Yuki.

Here's some wallpapers I made in the last few days.

There's just not much going on here.
The entire background changes throughout the day. During darker hours (night) the green is about this deep.
If I stay up till 2-3 AM then it'll be nearly gray. During morning hours (6-8 AM), though, a ring of yellow, of which the intensity varies, surrounds the lizard, indicating sunrise.
By noon to afternoon the background is as green as a good lawn. Then it fades, darkens and the cycle repeats.



I actually face this particular one much more often:

^Nice screenshot. I see that you're also having some trouble finding the perfect reading app. Which one do you prefer to use most of the time?

I find that FBReader is relatively simple, smooth, and is bug free. It would be my go to reading app if only it supported italics!! Moon+ is nice, much prettier than the other two...but is occasionally buggy. Either taps don't register or the screen will jerk, requiring a second tap, or something similar. Cool Reader is nice but isn't as intuitive, nor are page turns as smooth. Plus the brightness controls don't allow as much dimming as the former two. Then there's Mantano, but I never felt as comfortable with it.

Ahh, decisions, decisions... I'm using moon+ atm, but if I find something better I'll switch.

Hah, yes - they all have their strengths and weaknesses. However, I use FBReader most of the time - it's basically the Rockbox of ePub readers, the most configurable, and the fastest at opening/formatting books. I tweaked FBReader's appearance and controls a lot, and now it's very much to my liking. Simple page turning appears smooth enough, and the not so fancy looking footer bar I can live with. I haven't actually noticed that it doesn't support italics yet... now that's a spoiler.

I tried more than a dozen reader apps, but they all severely suck in one way or another (Aldiko, Laputa, Kindle, Google Reader, you name it) - those three above are my keepers, so far.

Yeah, FBReader doesn't support CSS particularly well (if at all) so no italics. For some books it doesn't make a huge difference. For others, which make heavy use of italics - those can become nigh unreadable. A pity, because otherwise it's my favorite of the bunch.

I'm sure there's some workaround, but I haven't found it yet - that's a hint dfkt.

By the way, one thing I've found about moon+ is that it not only supports the sometimes buggy page tapping, but also downward scrolling like any webpage - and it's smooth as can be. So depending upon your personal preferences, you may very well love that feature.

Edit: Also, maybe give Mantano a try. It does have a number of more advanced features, and the developer is among the more attentive out there; making frequent updates based upon user advice and experience. Perhaps, you'll like it.

None of the above....it is his Galaxy Tab 7.7, a rooted Honeycomb-running Android tablet.
