I use a program called ObjectDock by StarDock...it actually hides when I'm doing normal work and when I put my mouse at the top of the screen, it appears but I turned it on for when i did the printscreen...I put the icons that I used to have on the desktop in there so my desktop is clear now...

I can answer that. Unlock the toolbar, leftclick and hold at the Start icon...under it it or beside it but not on it.... and drag the cursor to the side where you want the toolbar.
