Arrow Right Instructions needed to replace motherboard on ihp-140/ h-140

hi guys!

my ihp-140 headphone jack went loose and in an unauthorised service they fried the motherboard while soldering, so the sound was aftewards very flat. i just have bought another MB on ebay.

can someone please help with advice on how to replace the MB, preferably 'step by step' or any instructions, video, whatever?

many thanks in advance!

Hi Filip,
You can download a step by step battery replacement guide here http://www.divshare.com/download/24679953-240 which covers stripping the player down to the motherboard.
If you've gotta swap lcd's over the see here for the directions from the old misticriver site. http://web.archive.org/web/200811221...cd-screen.html at Internet archive.
If you need to get the mother board seperated from the daughter board then its a simple matter of usoldering the 4 dowles (one on each corner which are easily seen once the cases have been removed) from the daughter board and unplugging it.
All the best.
Garry
