Default Why no Playlists on files in expanded memory slot?

Just added a micro SD card to my XFi 2. I need to create playlists as I listen to downloaded lectures and they must be in a particular order to make sense. I've added files to the new card, and it is read by Creative Central, but when I highlight the files and then right click, the option to add them to a playlist does not come up. So I can store files there but not access them to play them? How useful is that? Any tips?

QuilterGal, the Zen X-Fi2 was not programmed to be able to have a playlist use the sd card. It is impossible to do so until Creative decides to add that feature, which I doubt they will. The feature itself is plausible, but unsupported. The only way would be to have them stored on the device itself. (P.S. If you want to be able to edit your playlists on most windows computers, try out the Playlist Manager)

Default Thanks

Thanks. I'll stop trying and save my sanity. But - DANG! it seems so obvious that it should do that.
