The Nexus 7 is a great tablet which still has plenty of grunt to get it through just about anything. I almost regret selling mine, but I use my phone for everything.

I shot a video on my phone recently - when my plumbers had unearthed my bathroom and found the exact source of a water leak - and although the video is just 52s long, it takes up over 100mb. So, 10 minutes would be over 1gb. I haven't found a way to reduce video quality on my phone yet - videos look great on the phone but my laptop is too under-specced to play them.

I think it didn't do well since it was good hardware let down by incomplete software: lack of email, calendar, and contacts at launch was a big sticking point. Plus they tried to price it like an iPad, so that didn't fly well with a lot of people.

I've tried out a BB Playbook, and the hardware was top notch. What made me change my mind about it is the fact too many people report issues logging on to certain sites with the browser, and there's issues with Netflix. Plus, there may or MAY NOT be an upgrade to the new BB OS coming to the Playbook. I know what I'll get with the Nexus 7. I get no guarantee with the Playbook. That uncertainty is what makes me wary,...and that's a huge risk to take. Even at rock bottom pricing.

If BB10 doesn't come to the Playbook by the end of this year, I'll probably replace it with a Nexus 7.

So far I'm using my Atrix 4g, and I'm happy with it. I'm getting my Nexus 7,... I believe I'm back home with Android.

I just started setting it up last night, so I've only had about an hour or so to play with it. I just wanted it for media & net browsing anyways,... Still, it's running like no other toy I've tried before. Excellent!!!

My Acer Iconia Tab A110 does a great job streaming Amazon Instant Videos.
