Default transfer from fuze to zip

I know this seems like a dumb question, but my Fuze is dying and I want to transfer my files to a Zip I just bought. Best way? I have PC with Windows 7.

thanks

Agreed. The only comment I would add is that backing the files up to the PC is a good idea.

Also, if (some of) your files are on a microSDHC card, all you have to do is remove the card from the Fuze and insert it in the Zip.

Do note that you don't have to copy and paste 1-by-1--simply copy and paste the entire folder where your music is stored (and go away for awhile--this could take considerable time, depending on the amount).

You should always keep a copy of your music on the computer, although I've never lost any content from any music player, it's always a possibility, not to mention losing the damn thing.
