Need Recommendation for 2nd Player

My first, and current player is a Cowon S9, which I love but there are also things about it that I hate. It screws up a lot of my album art and, of course, the lack of playlist support frustrates the heck out of me. With that said, I do love this device but I'd like to have something that offers the same kind of listening experience with the inclusion of unlimited playlists. I don't need video on this second device. Audio is just fine but playlists are key here. I would prefer a player around 16 GB but I say no to Samsung and no to Sansa. Zune is basically dead so what's left?

Once again, here's what I need.

16 GB Player
No video required
MP3 format is key but FLAC and Oggi support would be nice.
Unlimited playlist (no limit of songs in each playlist)
expansion slot(optional)
