Interesting, maybe this will finally move the onboard storage needle, especially if it trickles down to mini,touch,phone lines.

I still wouldn't get an(other) iPhone UNLESS it gets an upgrade to Motorola Droid Maxx battery life,...and a 4.5" screen.

Damn $900 is expensive, lol. Not worth it IMO. *sigh* Apple products these days.

That could mean a Touch with 128GB of storage for $500....interesting. Doesn't matter, I can't afford any Touch right now...lol.

I'm more interested in the rising tide lifts all boats theory, whether it be onboard or double slots, etc.

Interesting - I suppose enough people will want to store a lot of music, videos, CAD files etc. that the 64Gb was starting to look a bit small.

It should be 115Gb or so availlable to the user. Who would buy the new Microsoft 64Gb Surface Pro which is just 23Gb?

Even the 128Gb Surface Pro only gives 83Gb usage.

And the SD card slot is of limited use.
