Default Ipod Classic 160GB vs GalaxyPlayer 5.0 + 64gb SDCard

I have a Sansa Clip Zip and I find it difficult to navigate when there is a lot of songs loaded on it due to its small size and clunky UI. Also, I'm having issues with 15 minutes refresh times as well when loading media onto the Sansa Clip Zip. Therefore, I expect that the iPod classic and the galaxy player to have much faster refresh times. As an urban person and student I'm worried about the iPod classic's platter based hard drive durability. However, I would like having tactical feedback with physical controls vs touch screen controls. In addition, I already own a 16 GB Galaxy Nexus (with out expandable storage curse you Google!) as well.

Looking at the cost when buying refurbished is:
iPod Classic 160gb = $190
Galaxy Player 5.0 = $150
64 GB SD card = $60
Player w/ 64 GB SD= $210
