Handling or moving the device changes the applications without touching the screen

Applications change without touching the screen when handling the unit.

For example, When unit is on the homepage, turning it upside down, turning it around or just handing the device to someone, changes the homescreen to settings or map or g-mail etc.

sounds crazy, try a wipe data/factory reset from recovery, if that doesn't fix it you may need to send it to samsung.

Something similar used to happen to me. In my case though the reason was pretty simple. I didn't realize it at the time but parts of my fingers were unintentionally making contact with the capacitive screen when I handled the SGP 4.0 a certain way.
