Will the clip+ resume playing where it left off when you restart car?dont want to hit the pause button to do this.i plan to leave it in the car,on a charger all the time with one song list.

It won't do what you want. You turn the car off and the Clip+ keeps playing until it's battery is run down. If the charger is active when the car is off (mine isn't), then the Clip+ keeps playing until the car battery is run down.
What I do is turn the Clip+ off when I turn the car off. When I turn the car back on, I turn the Clip+ back on, and it continues where it left off. Steve

![]() You should be able to do that if you Rockbox it and use the Car Adapter mode. http://download.rockbox.org/daily/ma...11-1410008.5.4 Without Rockbox it won't shut down or resume when you turn the car on and off. It would just keep playing until the battery runs out. You can read more about Rockbox in the link in my sig. Reading the manual linked through Browsing And Playing would be a good idea if you decide to try it out. There a lot in Rockbox you'll probably miss without reading at least that much.

Yes with rockbox, I've been using my spare clip to do this for a while now.
