Some Toys R Us stores still have them in stock. You need to use the store locator. I saw two stores within 50 miles of NYC that had it. I didn't check for other cities.

Thanks for the tip JK. I tried multiple zip's with 50 mile radius around SE Florida and SW Florida, but not a single thing. Called 1-800-TOYSRUS too, but they said it's out of stock. I ordered 1 from Walmart.com just to have in case the ToysRUs thing doesn't pan out...I plan on stalking their site daily and hopefully they stock with some more before X-mas.

Just want to report in, that I ended up driving to a ToysRUs. They had the E-464 (only 2) and it was 25% off...would've been about $56. If anyone else see's this I recommend driving to a ToysRUs and looking around.

I ended up NOT buying it! Instead I bought the NWZE-354 for $29.99. Both players are 8 gb, but I'm thinking the 464 was more because of the earbuds that come with it. Plus the 354 is smaller which I like and the red color was much nicer. I already have a black 354 I got about a year and a half ago, and love it, so really happy with that deal! The color will also match nicely with the Sport FI-6 I purchased to go along with it. Think the sis will be pleased.

TBH, I was fairly surprised that he did this for a Sony. He's expressed misgivings in the past concerning the lack of a card slot and their inability to play very low bitrate files. Guess this was just too good a deal not to pass along.

JK98 has come a long way,...he's good people. Even if he's not particularly interested in the player, he figured it was a good deal for some of us Sony lovers (FanBoi's!!!).

These are available at my local Toysrus stores (central Indiana) for the $45. Oh how i wish these came with a card slot and gapless playback.

I still have a Sony player that I bought in 2007 and it's great, aside from the above flaws.
