So I guess they cancel each other out? This goes to show one does not know who to believe and trust because they're all liars.

There really seems to be no middle ground in the news business.....all the outlets seem to be either right or left. If anyone knows of a truly middle of the road outlet, I'd love to hear about it...lol.

I thought I already posted one in post 19 but I guess I didn't explain it or is this link not middle of the ground? Share your thoughts … they claim "to provide non-partisan information for voters in the Presidential election" ... there is loads of news on how they stand and issues there ...

I consider myself middle ground, because I could care less for either one of them, lol

Here's a game to play during the next debate (not the VP one tomorrow):

Rules for Bullshit Bingo:
1. Before Barrack Obama's next televised speech, print your "Bullshit Bingo" Card
2. Check off the appropriate block when you hear one of those words/phrases.
3. When you get five blocks horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, stand up and shout "BULLSHIT!"

Well said Mikerman
I can't tell you how deeply saddened I was when I saw my President (Pres. Obama) make his first negative (and unfortunate) ad against former Governor Romney. I don't know why (wishful thinking on my part with Pres. Obama, truly a man of character, it seems?), but I thought that my President (whatever the president's party) was beyond that, at this point in time, regardless of what the other party or candidate was doing. I'm still saddened, and a bit ashamed.

"They" say that negative ads work. How about just plain candor and honesty, without the bullying? And in the end, that's really what so many of those negative ads are, isn't it? The same bullying that society is saying needs to be drummed out vigorously?

You know what kills me about these parties … they divide and upset the balance between friends, family members and the people. Rather than focusing on how they can help a nation they waste their time throwing mud, how immature! I’m always amazed how good friends get into verbal fights/arguments over politics and at the end of the day both obama & romney sit at the same bar enjoying a stiff drink and are rather civil about it … then the next day they laugh all the way to the bank and couldn’t care less about you or I :/

The polls at the point really don't mean too much; what will matter is the final tally on election day.

If Obama performs better on the next debate, you will probably see his numbers rise like Romney's did.

Comedy central sometimes has some good lines, such as their "When news breaks we fix it" tagline.

Internationally, Pakistan prefers Romney. Every other country prefers Obama. But if 50% favour Obama and 9% Romney, who do the other 41% prefer? Green party?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-20008687
BBC poll: Rest of world favours Obama

"A BBC World Service opinion poll has found sharply higher overseas approval ratings for US President Barack Obama than Republican challenger Mitt Romney. An average of 50% favoured Mr Obama, with 9% for Mr Romney, in the survey of 21,797 people in 21 countries.

Only Pakistan's respondents said they would prefer to see Mr Romney win November's election. France was the most strongly pro-Obama (72%)."
