Help Should I change my nwz-a864 walkman?

Hi, I'm a proudly owner of a A864 walkman (yes, the touch one). I've been thinking of selling it and buying something more portable and with more battery life, and the most important "ease of use and portability". But keeping the best sound quality possible. Would it be stupid if I change it for a S764 or an e053??? Would I loose sound quality? I don't really care about the extra features, just the SQ. Or do you recommend something else?

Thank You.

Seeing how the overall sound quality is going to be about the same across the various Walkman players, you could get twice the capacity and almost three times the battery life out of either one of the S or E series players.

While the A series player may be the cool tech and design, the more robust and reliable battery of the S and E series (as well as the lower price tag) makes them the more economical choice.

That's great to hear. I've been using it with the earphones that came with it (ex300), does anyone recommend something better leaning towards a active lifestyle (running, workout, etc.)? I've read some review on the shure se215 and sounds like a great pair. I'm also a fan of sony stuff and I could also get the xba2 or 3 for the same price as the shure. Any recommendations or experiences with those earphones? btw, I own the v6 and those ex300. I apologize if I had to post any of this (earphones) on another thread.

I haven't had any experience with those phones so I can't really comment on them. Sorry.

You are right, it's small and lightweight. What I'm trying to say is something with more practical buttons. The touch is not for me. I've read the sound quality would be the same as any other walkman. Is that really true?
