Can't access music files when connected to PC

I have an x series 1050. I'd like to transfer all my music to my computer, but for some reason I can't access the files when I connect to a PC using windows explorer or Media Go. The songs are all playable on the walkman, but with the exception of the music I transferred very recently, the rest of the music files are hidden when I try to access them via the PC.

In Media Go, it shows the music files as "other files" and there seems to be no way to access it. Any ideas or help?
