R1 UCI creation help required

Hi, I wonder if someone could help please.

I would like to create a single screen UCI based from the SDK3.

I've edited the FLA in flash and removed the large background and replaced with one of 400x240.

However, when I compile or test I still end up with 3 screens.

The first screen contains my new image but screens 2 and 3 are black and contain all the icons.

Any ideas please? Thanks
