I find using the Context menu to manage files and folders on Rockboxed player easy enough. While it's true you can't move groups of files or folders, the actual operation is dead easy once you get the hang of it.
It helps if you have files organized in a logical folder/files structure. I've found that helps with being able to visualize the moves before you make them. Moving large folders can also take longer than using a PC. I just start the music and listen while the operation runs. Beats not being able to move things around because you can't get to your PC.

I figured it out. Its kinda a pain but not bad when you get used to it. Drather do it on the pc though.
