Default Is the Sansa Clip Zip 1.1 compatible with Rockbox?

Newegg is having a sale on these and I always wanted to try Rockbox so I figured I would give it a shot, but then I noticed some guides like this and this don't include version 1.1, is it just the same as 1 or will it not work?

I don't know where you are seeing this "version 1.1"....can you explain?

Edit: Actually, now I see it. the 1.1 they are referring to is meaningless, probably a reference to the size of the screen. All the Clip Zips are the same, and Rockbox does work just fine.

Marvin, yes they are referring to the screen size with that 1.1 and felinoel yes rockbox runs fine on the zip. I rockboxed mine out of the box and never booted to the OF other than when someone here asked me a question about it

The title on newegg.com is 'SanDisk Sansa Clip Zip 1.1" Black 4GB MP3 Player' (bold is mine).

So... the "SanDisk Sansa Clip Zip 1.1"just means the screen size, and not the version number?
