Need help in adding pictures to Zune HD

I can't figure out the correct process to load pictures from my PC to my Zune HD. I recently picked up a mint Zune HD. I downloaded microsoft software. Synced player from PC to Microsoft software, updated firmware to 4.5 . I had no problems adding music, video, or podcasts from software to the player.

Can you say what you tried? At this point all I can say is go to the picture tab and sync the same way you do the other things.

Off the top of my head, you may have a hiccup with Zune software not having the folder in its library. So, open My Computer and navigate to the folder containing the pictures. Then, open your Zune Software and navigate to the Pictures tab. Drag all photos you want from your My Computer folder to the software.

I uninstalled the Zune software then reinstalled it. I'm now able to sync and add pictures to the player. Must have been a hiccup like you said. Thanks
