Default Cheap Car Setup?

I was using a power inverter with these http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-97026...itech+speakers wedged between the seat and and frame of car until some asshole stole them while i slept last night. I bought a $17 pair of usb speakers and am using with a cigarette to usb adaptor but they aren't very loud. i have them sitting on the dash which probably isn't too safe either. Can someone reccomend me something on a very tight budget? I just want to be able to hear my podcasts/music while driving

Would prefer something that uses usb power so i don't have to use batteries. I would prefer not to use standard power prongs because i don't want to buy a new power inverter at least right now. Anything with a built in amp is also out of the question. I just want something with enough juice to hear with the window open when it's 100 degrees out. Any other suggestions?

Why not just buy an actual car audio system? You just need to save up some money and go to someone who knows what they're doing, tell them what kind of setup you're after, they'll tell you what parts you need. Then just shop around for a good deal.
