Default C200 series VS Clip Zip?

I'm thinking of buying two Sansa C240 DAPs straight from Sandisk's outlet store, then Rockbox them and buying a 64GB microSD card for them. But what I want to know is if both of the DAPs have the same or identical sound quality,if they don't then I'd rather just buy a Fuze from their outlet instead.

If it is a v2, then it would have the AMS chip like the clip and Fuze.
It also has a removable battery, and is stable with Rockbox....so you could carry a spare battery with you.
At that price it's worth a shot buying one just to see if it is a v1 or v2.

The C240s will only accept 4GB cards, but with Rockbox, they'll take anything up to 64GB.

If you order the c200s and get a v2, would you let me know? I've been trying to get a hold of a c200v2 for a while now, but the one i ordered from ebay ended up being a v1.
