Default Jetaudio now available for Android

Quote:
Android Version of the jetAudio is now available for all Android devices.
jetAudio is the highest rated and most downloaded Windows media player on CNET.COM.

It plays almost any type of digital music files you have (.wav, .mp3, .ogg, .flac, .m4a, .mpc, .tta, .wv, .ape, .mod, .spx and more),
also provides very high quality sound with various effects and enhancements such as BBE, BBE ViVA, Wide, Reverb, X-Bass.

It comes with 32 equalizer presets that will provide a wide array of listening experience.
For those who would like to customize their own sound experience, it also allows 10 band graphic equalizer and other advanced playback functions
including playback speed control, crossfading, AGC and much more.

* 10 band graphic equalizer with 32 presets (Plus only)

* BBE, BBE ViVA sound effects (Plus only)

* Wide, Reverb, X-Bass sound effects

* AGC (automatic gain control) to avoid volume fluctuations between tracks

* Speed control from 0.5x to 2.0x (pitch adjusted)

* Crossfading, Gap-less playback

* Fade-in/Fade-out

* Balance/Volume control

* Sleep timer up to 24 hours

* Supporting formats:
MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, M4A, MPC, TTA, WV, APE, MOD (module formats S3M, IT), SPX, AIFF
Awesome! The only problem is that only Basic is available and its pretty much a trial version. Most of the sound enhancements only last 20 seconds. I haven't seen the Pro version on Play just yet.

That is sweet. I always been curious about jetAudio but never saw the worth of getting a a Cowon player.

I wonder what the Pro version will cost?
And how will it compare to the SonicMax Pro app for iOS?

Users will be able to lift all the restrictions with the jetAudio Plus version, whenever it is made available. All in all, in jetAudio, Android have certainly found an immensely powerful and option-packed music player that offers most of the features for free.
I hope you guys get a paid version soon,...plus the head set controls & album art fetching.

I guess I SHOULD have stayed with my Android phone for this? Oh man,.....

it's buggy, incomplete and won't show my album art.

Uninstalled and gone back to Poweramp.

It's quite good... I prefer PowerAMP, but this is a close second.

well i give a try on my gnex and with bbe+x-bass+wide match pretty well for some rock, i like a lot the bbe effect, mighty impresses about it, the problem it's just a trial, so you get like 20 second of bbe, but surely i will buy it when it comes out a full version, it really give me the sensation of a pretty big soundstage with my cans(shure full size), i can't no wait for it.

Great. I never used BBE before trying out this app on my SGP, and am now addicted to it. I am constantly turning BBE back on every 20 seconds.

I wonder what's the holdup? I'm ready to buy. I bet a lot of buyers are ready as well.
Having the customer wait too long is a no no.

Cowon is well known to be slow as all heck,...they'll get around to it eventually.

Honestly, this is my favorite now. Even better than powerAMP though my memories of that may be sullied by it not working right for me.

I'm supposed to be getting my Atrix 4G back tonight. If I do I'll test this out on it. I'm happy & pissed at the same time. My Lumia 900 is great at everything except one important thing - and that's audio quality.

Default This might be the best sounding app for SGP 5

I have played with it for about two hours now since downloading on to my SGP 5. I sounds way better that PowerAmp but with out the BBE setting the SGP still sounds canned and unmusical. With the BBE the SGP has a hint of musicality to it but I can be for sure with 20 sec intervals.

It is the sound processing like BBE that make Sony player's sing (DSEE) With the sound processing on details came out that could not be heard without sound processing. I noticed this with the BBE setting on as well.

This app may be the one thing that will keep me from going to the dark side. All weekend I was contemplating on buying a i XXX and becoming i Diot. Though I haven't tried it out on my EVO yet.

I don't care about album art as much as I care about sound. If it sounds good. That is all I need.
