BIg PROBLEM after attempted update

I know this player makes always problems but i want to solve them because if I don't do that i can throw my player out of the window...ok so my problem is that may player freezed again on the R1 screen so I wanted to try this DRK thing but it didn't work and I don't know if I'm blind or just stupid but I deleted the _DONE from the Nand Killer and you should know what has happened...i deleted all my files and I haven't copied them except of the songs but the other ones are off. don't say anything, yes, I'm stupid and I was tired and I did not realize what I was going to do...and now the problem is that my r1 is still freezing...
