Default Looking For Replacements For WeSC Headphones

Hello

I recently broke my WeSC Oboe and i'm looking for a new headphone. I had this one for a couple of years and I would like to buy a new Wesc headphone (Price, quality,...)

I'm not sure to buy another Oboe or a Conga. Bongo's are a little bit too expensive. Can anybody tell me the exact difference between the Oboe's and the Conga's?

Thanks.

WeSC is just some fashion brand that slaps their designs on Chinese OEM phones. I would suggest looking at what real headphone manufacturers have to offer, you likely will get better quality for the same price.

^What he said!^

Seriously, this brand is not good for sq,...try a different brand and you'll "hear" what we mean.

Supplying more information would help get you meaningful suggestions. You can edit that info into your first post. That way someone seeing this thread won't pass it up because they don't know anything about WeSC.

You can also change the thread title to something that let's people know what you're looking for now by using the Go advanced option in the Edit menu in the first post. "WeSC" won't let anyone know what you're looking for. Something like "Looking For <sound signature> <headphone type> For $<price range>" usually brings a decent response.

I've changed it for now. You can edit it again when you're ready.

Try the Sennheiser HD202,...it's a decently priced starter headphone that has good sq at a low price. Amazon.com can sell them pretty cheap.

Is your budget around $70-80? If so, you might want to look at the Sony MDR-V6 and the Koss Tony Bennett headphone. If you give us details about your price range, the type of music you listen to, when you want to use the headphone(at home, or while you are active) we might be able to give you some better ideas about which headphones to consider.

If you are looking for something cheap that sounds decent, the $15 JVC HA-S160 sounds quite decent. It is my favorite headphone under $40.

The Tony Bennett headphone costs 150$... Its the PRODJ100 that costs 80$ and is indeed a decent starting can, with a nice mid-centric sound signature.

The Koss Tony Bennett headphone is $80 at J&R with free shipping. It is listed as being $70 at Buy.com however I think they may charge plenty for shipping. On Ebay it is $62 new with $10 shipping. I guess J&R is the safest place to buy it, although you might get it a bit cheaper elsewhere. You can do a search on Google shopping to get more prices.

The Sony MDR-V6 is a good recommendation as well,... I don't know about the Tony Bennett can's though.
