Oh hell yes, I've rarely pulled that sled as fast or as hard as when she was watching. It reminds me of all those fat kids in the army going for a run with the fit lady lieutenant. Every one of them kept up, but nobody ever passed her.

Umm.. I don't dare watch that video, as seeing the image it provides I already want to pour bleach into my eyes.

But yeah, I'm up at about 6k feet above sea level and wow I feel so very much out of shape(sitting around and drinking booze for 3 months). Its getting better though so I should be back to zombie ass kicking physic in about 2 weeks.

Watch it. There's a good man! Do not fear the homo-erotic feelings it might rouse. Awesome does that to you.

Yeah any break in the physical stress department will make itself known when you start up again. I missed a few weeks and yesterdays workout was pretty killer. I'm loving it. Not all of us are can do manual labor every day, some of us have to make time for it in our busy schedules.

For time:
Three rounds of:
345 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Muscle-ups
then,
Three rounds of:
21 Wall ball shots, 20lb ball
21 Toes-to-bar
then,
100 foot Farmer carry, 100lb dumbbells
28 Burpee box jumps, 24" box
100 foot Farmer carry, 100lb dumbbells
3 Muscle-ups
Deadlifts were scaled, muscleups done as dips and chin ups separately, also I couldn't find a suitable ball so I did thrusters instead.

I'm pissed that I don't get to workout as much as I'd like. My wife seems to get annoyed when I do,...it's disheartening. I've even tried to get her to go to the gym with me, to no avail. She's 11 years younger, she doesn't seem to realize that as a person ages exercise is not a luxury, it's a REQUIREMENT. I'm gonna have to get her down with the program, or it's gonna end up killin' me. She needs to learn, I'ma gonna skool her!!!

I mean, I'm actually an outdoor person. I like to spend my time biking, walking, doing calisthenics in the park, going to the pool or the beach in the summer. We really need a change here,...

For sure, keeping active has major benefits. In the long run it will help you age better and in the short run it gives you a nice little joggers high. Gotta love them endorphins.

The only way to activate someone is to find something they are interested in. Swimming is always a good option, so is tennis, riding bikes or even walking (try "nordic walking" if you want to feel "special" while doing it). I intend to do a hike through of the Appalachian trial or a similar path before I kick the bucket.

When I broke my rib last year, I went nearly three months with hardly even moderate exercise. It sucked. Feel better!
