Been surfing the last few days more than I did all summer, killer swells still rolling in certain spots. Left by noon today, arms feel like rubber and couldn't even do a push up on last ride. Wish I had some pictures to share but I don't take cam to the beach when I surf cause it would get stolen and you can't see your stuff from 1st peak cause of jetties :/

That said, there was a huge run of blue fish from NY already here, spoke to two guys that were fishing since 8:00Am till noon and they had around 40+ each on gator spoons.

I just started back working out today. My medical test + my rotator cuff injury+ the 2 storms we had prevented me from doing any exercises. I finally did a few chinups without falling off the bar. It felt good,...
