Stuck can't get to main menu or switch between features.

Maybe this is a common problem.

I seem to be stuck in a certain feature of my Clip Zip such as music or radio, etc. Turning it on and off and resetting the device just brings me back to where I was.

The solution:

Go to the current main page by pressing the raised back arrow key. In my case "radio." Then use the left and right arrows next to the central button to move between main pages.

I think it is a design feature. For example, you are in the middle of listening to "Song A by Artist B". You turn the player off. You turn the player back on, and "Song A by Artist B"`resumes. I think that`s a good thing.
