how to repair s9

Hi there,
I've broken my cowon s9's glass and now i have to repair it.
I'm from italy, i wrote to cowon through the "contact us" link in the cowon global website but since a week they didn't answer me!
What can I do to repair my lovely s9?

I broke the glass on mine a while back, I went through cowon america so it wouldbe different for you. It costed me 100USD to replace the glass on it so your over half to getting a J3 anyways.

Ok I'm so angry now with cowon:
I wrote to cowon through the cowon global site, the Q&A form in the global site too and trough the cowon europe site, and I got no answers!!
How is it possible that someone buys a premium mp3 player (paying its not cheap price), and the firm leaves this customer alone when he needs support??
I understand that cowon isn't imported in Italy but this is not a clever and forward looking policy!!
I was very glad to own a cowon, is useful and plays really good but I seriously think to change brand, looking for a Samsung, Sony or Creative mp3 player.

I feel your pain and agree on changing brands because their lack of support in Italy. Keep in mind that getting a screen replacement with shipping, handling and duties may just cost more than replacing with another brand. But if you’re determined to get it fixed don’t give up, look up some of their suits higher up in the food chain and send a polite email detailing your troubles and hopefully they’ll be more responsive.
