Grado 325is driver problems

I have a pair of Grado 325is that are about 3 months old. One month ago I had to send them in to have a driver replaced in left ear cup. It had started to crackle and pop after the cans had been in use for an hour or so. I now can hear the beginnings of crackle and pop in the right ear cup. This is exactly what happend to the left side earlier.

Has anybody else had a similar problem with the Grado 325is? I really am happy with the cans as they are really awesome to listen to, but having to possibly replace another driver is a real concern

Look inside the grills and see if their are any hairs in there by the drivers.....

Thanks for the tip. It is somewhat difficult to see inside the grill but with a magnifying glass and a good light I was able to. Insides look absolutely pristine with no hairs, lint, or dust to be seen.

I own several pairs of headphones and I am very careful in my use of all of them. I really love the Grado sound, but I am concerned that I may have just got a lemon. One bad driver is unusual but possible but two would be very unusual I think.
