Which makes it even easier for you sell if you don't like it, want to upgrade or try a different amp. Good luck, hope you enjoy the HD650s as much as I enjoy mine

It'll be a lovely experience for such a first time setup I'm sure, anything but what this laptop outputs.

Of course if all goes wrong there's always our saviour the *coughs* uDAC-2.

I was shocked at how tiny the Fiio e10 was though; I usually skip reading measurements when size doesn’t matter.
Still it packs more than enough punch for the 650's, and very nicely might I add
I won't bother repeating all the many good things reviewers have mentioned on this little fella.

HOWEVER I will be picky about one thing. My concern about the jack port i.e. THIS video, still stands.
Not as bad as what that video shows, but the problem is there to a lesser degree.
Admittedly you have to give the audio jack a bit of a push to either side when it starts to 'crackle' right at the connection point.
But I wouldn't like to put people off too much as it's still a great amp/dac, and definitely at a good price based on comparisons people have made with other amps.
I certainly won't be getting rid of this for a while

I've been very pleased with mine. For £60, what's not to like?

Drives both my Sennheisher HD600s and AKG K701s equally well, despite one being 300ohms and the other a notoriously difficult load and around 30-ish ohms.

I will be upgrading to a CEntrance DACport at some point, but then that's more than 4x the price!

Will admit that the headphone socket is a bit shonky though....
