Hey Y'all
Can anyone point me to Jaben customer support? Their website is very bland, I can't sign up for their forms for some reason (I haven't been "approved"), and my phone doesn't accept 8-digit numbers. I'm at a loss here, and I'm sure someone lurking around here has contacted them before and could help me out. Thanks, Relyt

Ok, thanks! I actually just went ahead and emailed that address a minute ago in addition to the form in their online store. I have Hippo VBs with a broken left earbud; they broke unexpectedly the other day for seemingly no reason, hoping Jaben'll help me out a bit here!

Once you get the right email address things move pretty quickly. We have bought lots of iems from Uncle Wilson and I would say that the service he offers makes Sennheiser look like a set of total $£@@^&% .
Stay with it, Uncle Wilson will get you fixed.

I emailed Jaben a few weeks ago but got no response. So, I emailed them again about a week ago and got a response two days later. I told them that I bought my headphones from TR Audio, and they said that since TR Audio is a partner all I need is to send them a shipping address and they can send me a replacement. It seems kind of odd that they would send me a free replacement, no questions asked, so I'll see how it goes.
