I'm new to the forums so here goes, I'm looking to buy a pair of headphones, good sound quality, bonus is they has noise cancellation, I have found these 3 and wanted to now what you lot thought. Budget is up to £180, but would like t spend a bit less. Music will be RnB, Dance, Trance etc.

The Sennheiser HD 380 pro looks interesting. Aardvark who is also in the UK said it is available for around 106 quid. Imo active noise cancelling damages the sound, so I don't like the idea of using it. Is this for portable use? If so, then imo an iem might be a better choice. If it is for home use, then look at the other headphones Aardvark is considering in his thread.

For home use I would say something like the HD380 pro, however I wouldn't want to walk around wearing that. For use outside your home,, I would look for a compact headphone, or earbuds or iems. If you plan to cross through intersections while wearing it, then I would suggest using an open headphone or earbuds for safety reasons. Imo it makes sense to have a different headphone for home use than what you use while walking around.
