Default They really don't support zune hd at all! Just read this e-mail I got

Thank you for contacting Zune Support regarding the broken sync cable for your 32 GB HD
Zune Player.

Normally I would refer you to Microsoft's online store, however, after searching there myself I found that this accessory is no longer in stock. So the best thing I can suggest is that you type "zune sync cable" into your favorite search engine, and the results should provide you with links to online retailers that still have the item in stock. Alternatively, you could check with any retailer near you that sells electronics. I hope this helps.
