Default Frequency scaling test builds for AMSv2 devices

I've compiled test builds with frequency scaling enabled for AMSv2 devices (clipv2, Zip, clip+, and Fuzev2).
http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/...html#msg236277

Frequency scaling substantially improves battery life and appears quite stable. Please let me know if anything breaks (that wasn't already broken!).

Installed and running with no issues so far.

Thanks for continuing your efforts for the Clip series. I am still using two Clip+s - one or both nearly every day, and I keep another with a bad phone jack on the shelf for spares or repair if needed. I surely expected a better replacement would have come along by now, but that's seeming less and less likely so I'm really glad you are still carrying the Clip v2 series Rockbox torch.

I committed the frequency scaling code. Next will be dynamic voltage scaling if no one finds any bugs.

Thanks saratoga. Will test in two clip+ and report back if there's any issue.
You and Mihail are doing a great job! Appreciated.
Is there any build with frequency scaling for fuze+ that I can test too?

Frequency scaling has been enabled for a few years already on the Fuze+.

Edit: I'm sure it's possible to save more power on almost any target, but I don't know enough about the Fuze+ to suggest what hasn't been done.
