So I asked for help with this post: http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum...572#post578572
But haven't gotten any answers so I'm going more general. Can I get some recommendations for a good cradle-like speaker/radio system that uses an aux jack? As I have the Cowon J3, cradles themselves are not an option, but I still want something that I can easily jack into. |

For the wrap-arounds, something like this:
http://uclaradio.com/2010/05/04/phil...hs8000-review/ But obviously not Phillips because they suck. My budget for the ear phones is around $30 and for the cradle it would be around $60 (though I guess I could go up to $80 or so). I checked out that Sony speaker. No where in any of the descriptions does it talk about non-iPod compatibility. I'm not saying I don't believe you, I just wish I could research this a bit better, as the J3, because of the design, leaves little room for adaptability. You pointed out this speaker, but how would I go about seeing ALL of the options available? And thanks for the welcome

If you look at buying ear guides as well, you could look at more iem's in the 30.00 price range or below. I'd look at some of of the JVC's or Mee iem's, I'm sure some members will recommend a few... As far as the unit I mentioned if you google the specs of it, they state "Audio in - Connect your digital music player and play MP3s (cable supplied)."
