Best Output Accessories

Just wanted to get some opinions on output accessories. I'm looking for 2 things:

1) Wrap around ear buds: I want something with good bass and general sound. I'd also prefer them to be wrap around because it annoys me to no end when they pop out while walking/running.

2) Cradle-like device: I know that the J3 is incompatible with actual cradle stereos, but does anyone know of a good desk cradle-like device with an Aux port (or maybe even a more elegant solution)?

I've seen a few 'how-to' articles for making custom cradles out of plastic or wood.

Seems if you are careful about measuring out you can fairly easily make a cradle including usb and audio connecters without too much trouble.. if you know your way around a router or heat gun! Google can help if you are interested!
