Does The S9 Play Well With Overdrive?
Well, I went ahead and ordered a Creative X-fi 2 16 GB because at $99 it looked like a very good deal. It hasn't arrived and I'm already having second thoughts. Other than music, my main use for a PMP is audiobooks from the public library. How well does the S9 handle audiobooks, specially audiobooks on Overdrive which is used by many public libraries in the US?
I'm considering returning the X-fi and ordering the S9 for an additional $80. I don't use a PMP for movies, but the AMOLED display on the S9 looks fantastic. I know it's subjective, but how much better is the sound quality on the S9 over the X-f1 2? Is it day and night, or only perceptible to an audophile with over $300 IEMs? Most reviewers hate the resistive LCD display on the X-fi 2 but to seem to think the the sound quality is very good. Thanks!

You should probably consider the J3 instead it is basically a S9 with a microSD slot, has all the same hardware as the S9.

I have no clue on those two compared but the S9 is fine I would suggest it over the J3 if you don't need a card slot and vice versa.
