EQ for TRANCE music?

Can anyone hook me with a good Equalizer priset for Trance music. I use E2C headphones. I know that everyone likes their own personal presets, but still i want to know which preset is best for you Trancers!

I neither have that player nor these phones - but generally turning up the bass a lot and the treble a bit should sound good for any kind of Trance/Techno/House.

A lot of players have pre-set eq for different types of music, including trance.
I found these settings on another forum, it may be good.
-3, -3, -3, -3, 0, +3

Hi People!!!

Im just wondering what EQ would be great for Trance music. I like it not to bassy, but with detailed sound. So every instrument is playing in the track would be heard. I have Westone UM2 earphones, so i think it wouldn't be much a problem.

Any replyes would me much aprecciated!

Umm use the User EQ setting and dial in what you think sounds best to you on your headphones with the tracks you have. There is no one universal perfect setting for Trance that everyone will like. And with the differences in recording levels, sorces, bit rates, MP3/WAV files, file sizes, blah, blah, blah and yadda, yadda, yadda of each track again it's a personal preference deal.

The rock EQ setting is a good universal EQ for all music. I'd share my user setting with you but i'm more of a bass head. You can try the house setting. I've never messed around with many of the pre made eq settings myself. I really wish you could have more than one user eq setting.
