Arm band for J3

Hi guys,
I've just got my new cowon J3 and I'm interested to get an arm band for it. I'd like you're advice on which should I get. I found a couple of arm bands that look not bad at all, but I'm not sure which size should I take.
The size of the J3 is 56.0 mm x 106.5 mm x 9.9 mm. The two options I saw are:

The medium one seems a bit small but maybe I can squeeze the player in and it will fit tightly well? Generally, I have no problem of getting the bigger one but I fear it would be too loose...
What do you guys think? Does anyone has this arm band (or just from you're knowledge) and can give me an advice of which one to get?

I was about to post a similar question when I saw this thread. I am aware of the GeeBee sold on amazon but it's gotten fairly bad reviews.
