Where do I purchase movies to download please.

Do hope you can help me please.
I will be honest and say that I have contacted other sites with these questions but sadly to no avail, I will admit they are very basic after all.
Anyway, do hope that someone can lead me in the right direction.
I purchased a Cowon J3 on saturday and would love to start putting movies on it. Trouble is I don't have a clue where to begin!!!
Just hope that someone can at least get me started by answering these two questions.
1. Where do I purchase movies on the net to download to my computer.
2. Do I need any special equipment then to transfer from my computer to the J3.

Really hoping someone can help please.
