I just got my new purple ClipZip today and am trying to charge it on my
Griffin Wall Charger and the cable that came with the player. It has been on for a while now. In fact I thought it was charged until I read the startup guide and it says the icon will turn GREEN when fully charged. Mine is white now and was white to begin with. Is it truly going to turn green? Doesn't make sense! Donna in AR 6 Clips, 4 Clip+ and 1 ClipZip (Maybe) |

If it has become one solid color, and it doesn't appear to be filling up, then it's full. I don't think mine ever turned green. You can also check in System Settings-->Info and find the battery percentage there.

Thanks for the system settings idea. This white icon did move for a bit
but it looked as if it had black marks in it. Settings>Power says 100%. Just checked with Audible as I'm the book freak. They said might have software within a month; I said tha's too long! I'm going to load a ripped book and I'll report on my reaction to the ClipZip and books. For some reason I keep wanting to say ClipZEN. LOL Donna |

Really, a month for Audible support? That's odd. I would have thought that it would be something more "automatic," given the Clip Zip's relationship to its predecessors.

In my CZ it is also white but quits it's flashing/"battery filling up" animation. When the animation is stopped it should be charged 100%. That seems to be the same basic graphic (no animation) Sandisk has used on all of their players for years.
