Default zune hd questions

hi when i put an album on zhd after i ripped it to my laptop and i delete the album from the laptop the zune deletes the album too when i connect the mp3 with the pc.Is there any way to keep the albums to the player after i delete them from the pc.the funny thing is when i put an album that i downloaded from the internet and then i delete the album the album stays in the zune .so this happens only when i rip cds to the pc.
comfusing lol any ideas?? on my ipod classic i could do that keep the tracks on the ipod after i deleted them
And also how can i put an album cover to the zune? sometimes the zune doesnt put the albums cover only when i keep connecting it to the pc with a wifi connection
And third question whats the best earbands to make the zune sound like the sony players??

Go into the Zune PC software settings and set it to allow deleted content on PC to NOT be removed from the Zune device.

Right click on the album, add your own album art by adding the covers you've found on the net & downloaded to a folder on the comp - or just update the album info by searching it through the Zune's tagging feature.

No headphone will make a Zune HD, or ANY ZUNE for that matter, sound like a Sony. I would know, I have a Z:HD, Sony, iPhone, iPod classic, etc. Do a search for a Digizoid ZO and use it with the Z:HD - then we can better discuss headphones/iem's.

Change sync settings for music to "Manual"

Do what DarkSide said, or if it's already got the proper art on the computer, then you aren't giving it enough time to sync. If you disconnect while the player says "Sync Complete" then you can interrupt the metadata sync. This can mess with the album art, but normally just bio/pics for artists.

Get a program called MP3tag to add covers to your albums.
Don't let the name fool you, it works with more than MP3's and does a lot more than add album art.

Angus just reminded me... in the Zune Software, you can add your own album art, too. You don't have to use what you find in the "Find Album Info" selection you can say "Add Album Art" or somethin' like that...

mp3tag is brilliant software, BTW.
