You just eliminated 2 out of 3, leaving JetAudio and AFAIK JetAudio stopped selling direct in the USA, they go thru Amazon ... click here to check. BTW the only B&M that I know of is in New York and that's a bit far from Oregon

got mine at B & H Photo, it was the best price i could find on any website, and that (at the time anyway) included NCIX. and im in Canada.
