Default e260 screen turns white and does not connect

i have a sansa v1 e260 that i loaded rockbox on...it hasn't given me any problems until recently.now all i get when i turn on is the sansa logo,rock box logo, a "scanning disk" message,and then finally a white screen saying "data abort at 0004CE24 (0) " when it is like this my computer does not recognize it so i cant remove rockbox and start over. also when i try recovery mode it is only recognized a 1 txt file? ive tried the best solution "holding down rec,power,and play/pause" but that doesn't do anything to it.i really love this player and if any body can help me fix this error or let my computer recognize it that would be amazing. thank you.

I edited your title and moved your thread to the appropriate forums. The player is a bit outdated and not many using it any more but using the e200tool AFAIK is the only way to recover your e200. Look here for the guide, you might also want to look through the FAQs in the e200 forums as well, there’s some really good information there.
