Toshiba Gigabeat s30 deleted files recovery

Hi All,

I have had my Gigabeat S30 for the past few years and never had any issues with it until now...

I have used it to keep all my music files as well as other documents and e-books.

After i turned the battery on and connected it to my laptop to get some files out, it gave a message "please wait" and after that it was empty.

Is there any recovery software that i could get and run it to recover my deleted files? I have tried a few but none of the those programs detect the player.

Any help would be great as i had a lot of important files on it.
